Q. - The #1 most common asked question is?  Do you sell our private information and email address?

A. - NO WE DO NOT.  Your information is safe with us.  We dispise companies who do that and will have no part in joining them.

Q. -  Do you ship worldwide?

A. - Yes, we ship to any city and country in the world daily.  The item will ship via USPS air mail.

Q. - Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO boxes?

A. - Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and to APO boxes

Q. - Are your decals die cut?  Do they have the cheap laminate over them?  Does the "e;Immortal Graphix logo"e; come on the decal?  Do they have a background?

A. - Yes the decals are die cut. No they do not come with that cheap laminate over them.  No the "e;Immortal Graphix"e; logo does not come on the decal.  No, there is not background on the decal.  The actual vinyl cut decal you will receive is the actual image itself. 

Q. -  Do you make custom Vinyl Decal designs?

A. - Yes, we can mix and match any decal design on the site.  Just let us know what you are looking for.

Q. - Can I send you an image and have you make that into a decal for me?

A. - Yes we can.  However it must be in a scalable vector format such as EPS file, AI (Adobe Illustrator) file, CDR (Corel Draw) file, or a JPG (must be 300 DPI HIGH RESOLUTION).  You cannot just right click and image and send it to us.  It will not produce a quality image to be cut.

Q. - Can you make a custom designed tank pad for me?

A. - YES we can. Immortal Graphix now makes custom per design tank pads. We also offer a lower price customization of our Immortal Graphix designs, adding, changing or deleting to the original image.

Q. - Do you take money orders?

A. - Yes we do, however, we do not allow that option in our payment selection.  This is due to lack of actual payment over the past 5 years.  If you wish to purchase an item using a money order.  Just add everything to your cart, get the total amount and send us an email and we will give you all of the information you will need.

Q. - Do you sell to dealers?

A. - Yes, we will sell to dealers.  Just contact us and we will work out a pricing plan that meets your needs.  Currently we are selling our Vinyl decals and Tank Pad protectors to dealers.

A. Yes, we encourage anyone that wants to to link to us.  Just let us know and we will send over a banner or link for you.
